OUR BAKER

Hi, I’m Marcos—founder and baker at Dream Grains. My passion for baking began in the heart of my home: the kitchen. Inspired by my grandmothers, who are both incredible cooks, I developed a love for creating delicious food at a young age. In fact, I baked with one of my grandma’s old mixers until I could afford one of my own.

 

I started Dream Grains when I was just 10 years old in Florida, driven by a simple idea: to make wholesome bread and desserts that taste amazing and nourish the body. I discovered that most baked goods on the market were filled with unnecessary and unhealthy ingredients, leaving people feeling sick. When my family introduced me to “super grains,” everything changed—I could finally bake treats that were both nutritious and delicious, something everyone in my family, especially my little sister Moriah, could enjoy.

 

Today, Dream Grains continues that mission—to bring healthier baking to every home, one loaf at a time.
