Hello! My name is Marcos and I am 17 years old.  I love science, politics, economics, drawing, and baking. I believe that home is the best place on earth, and that the kitchen is the best room in the house. My grandmas are absolute pros in the kitchen and I would always dream of their tasty food and desserts. They instilled in me a love for cooking and baking from a very young age. In fact I use one of my grandma's mixers to bake until I'm able to buy my own. I started Dream Grains when I was just 10 years old back in Florida. I learned that most bread products and desserts in general, contain many ingredients that are harmful to our bodies, lack nutrients, and leave us feeling sick. I was so excited when my family discovered the “super grains” because I can finally create healthy tasty food that we all can enjoy including my baby sister Moriah.
